この曲は、Kazumaさんが製作されたRichard Burns Rally(以下RBR)用の新車種"SUBARU Legacy RS Gr.A"のプロモーションムービー用に書き下ろしました。

実はKazumaさん、東日本大震災の被災者なんです。しかし、数日間の避難所生活の後、自宅に戻り、怒涛の勢いでLegacyを仕上げていく様を目の当たりにして、お節介ながら何か出来ないかと考えたところ、この曲の制作に至りました。

タイトルの"Straight 250"というのはラリーのペースノートで直線250を意味します。ラリーでは通常メートルで表されますが、この曲の場合はマイルとキロで二つ解釈を付けました。
一つはマイル。これは直線距離でKazumaさん宅まで約250マイル。
そしてもう一つはキロ。同じく直線距離で結ぶと、もう一人の東北の大事な友人のgonzo-koolさんの住んでいる場所。

二人ともRBRを通じて知り合ったかけがえのない友人です。早く東北地方と茨木・千葉のあらゆる事態が収束に向かい、被災地が元の姿に戻ることを祈っています。

This tune is composed for the promotion of "Legacy RS Gr.A" MOD on Richard Burns Rally(RBR) game.
This MOD is created by Kazuma,and actually he is one of the victims of The Tohoku earthquake at Sendai.

After he spent few days at the refuge,he went back home and finished working of this RBR MOD very soon.I got power from that situation,and that's why I wrote this song.

Straight 250 means "go straight 250 meters" in rally sport,but this tile of the tune has some other meanings.
One is 250 miles. It means the distance from my house to Kazuma's house.
Another meaning is 250 kilometers.This means also distance from my house to Gonzo-kool's house-he is also precious friend in Tohoku.

These guys are very precious friends met via Richard Burns Rally game.Hopefully the situations are calm down asap and back to normal life in there.
